Order Status

Has my order shipped?

Click the "user-icon" button at the top right side of our site and log in to your account. After Go to the "My Account / My Orders" link of our site account dashboard to check your orders status

How do I Reorder or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "user-icon" button at the top right side of our site and log in to your account. After Go to the "My Account / My Orders" link of our site account dashboard to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Reorder". Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.If you want to cancel the order, please contact customer service for assistance.

How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.

Click the "user-icon" button at the top right side of our site and log in to your account. After Go to the "My Account / My Orders" link of our site account dashboard to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "user-icon" button at the top right side of our site.
2) Click on the "Create an Account" account link.
3) Fill all the registration form details and click the "Create an Account" button.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click the "user-icon" button at the top right side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot Your Password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

I received the wrong product

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / My Orderss" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "user-icon" button at the top right side of our site. During order placing, we'll ask for your shipping address details including the country in the checkout page.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

We generally ship all our products within 2 to 7 business days from the date of order. However, sometimes there might be some delays in delivery by courier, which is beyond our control. In rare situation, due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters – we may have to cancel the order.

In case of cancellation of order, we shall Refund the amount received. 

No consequential liabilities are accepted.

 

Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and handing over the parcel to the Courier. This can range from 24 hours to 7 days for in stock items.

We use various Courier Services – such as: UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT etc. whichever is suitable for best services in the respective country.
Usual transit time is 3 to 5 days. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available. 

We shall not be responsible for any delays by the courier services.

What is the return policy?

Parts purchased from enginepartsindia.com will be accepted for non-warranty return if returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. No returns after 30 days are allowed. All returns must be new, undamaged, complete, never installed, and with original packaging. Returns must be sent prepaid by the customer.

Warranty Policy

Our products are warranted to be free of defects for correct fitment for 30 days from the date of AWB / tracking number. 

The product must be returned, freight prepaid - to us for warranty consideration. 

If we determine that the product(s) is warrantable, the original ‘ex works’ purchase price shall be refunded.

This warranty is limited to refund of the defective product(s) only on ‘ex works’ basis. We shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. 

Any dispute or claim shall be subject to jurisdiction in Rajkot (India)
